Terms of sale

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the sale of the digital documents offered on kiye-mateus.com by Kiye Mateus, chemin de Vers 9, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, trading in his own name (the “seller”). Contact: mateus@kiye-mateus.com, +41 76 548 69 65.

They apply to every order placed on the website, by individuals and businesses alike. By ordering, the buyer confirms having read and accepted them. The terms that apply are those online on the day of the order.

2. Products

“The Product Page That Sells” is a 106-page PDF guide. “The Words of Product Pages That Sell” is a 25-page PDF study. Each document exists in an English and a French edition with identical content; the buyer chooses the language before paying.

The “guide + study” bundle contains both documents in the chosen language. Pages shown on the website are real extracts; some are deliberately partly blurred.

The documents contain general information on designing product pages, gathered from online stores and public sources. They are neither individual legal, tax or financial advice nor a promise of commercial results.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you browse from when it is offered (euro, US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollar, pound sterling), otherwise in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is taken in that same currency. The price shown on the product page, in the cart and on the payment page is the final price: no shipping, handling or customs fee is added.

The seller is currently not registered for value added tax (VAT); no VAT is charged.

The seller may change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown when the buyer confirms payment.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The buyer chooses a document or the bundle and the language, checks the order summary, confirms the request for immediate access to the files and is taken to a secure payment page run by Stripe. Before paying, the buyer can change or cancel the selection.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. A receipt is then sent to the email address given at payment.

The seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a previous dispute; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Available methods depend on the buyer’s device and country: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where applicable, other methods shown by Stripe on the payment page.

The website never sees or stores card details; they go directly to Stripe. Payment is taken once, at the time of the order.

6. Delivery and access to the files

As soon as payment is confirmed, the buyer is redirected to a personal download page. The link to that page also appears in the receipt sent by email.

This link is for the buyer only and must not be published or shared. We recommend saving a copy of the files right away. The seller may replace a link that has been circulated; the buyer then receives the new link on request.

If a download fails or a file cannot be opened, the buyer writes to mateus@kiye-mateus.com and receives a replacement file as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

Buyers resident in Switzerland: Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Consumers resident in the European Union: for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is thereby lost. This consent is collected through the checkbox before payment.

These rules do not limit the commercial refund guarantee described below.

8. 14-day refund guarantee

If a document is no use to you, write to mateus@kiye-mateus.com within 14 days of buying, giving the email address used to pay. No reason is required.

The refund is made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of the request; crediting times then depend on the bank or issuer. After a refund, access to the files may be disabled and the buyer agrees to stop using them.

9. Purchase bonuses

Free review: the first 20 buyers of the guide, alone or with the study, receive a review of their product page. To claim it, write to mateus@kiye-mateus.com within 30 days of purchase with the address of the page concerned. Within 5 business days you receive rewritten copy and recommendations to apply yourself: Kiye Mateus does not work on your site and does not need your logins.

Your two key pages: buyers of the pack (the guide and the study) can order the creation of their product page and home page, including their review, at the rate of CHF 200. This is a paid service, agreed separately, and is not included in the pack price.

These bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the document is refunded, any bonus not yet delivered is cancelled.

10. Licence

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the documents for the buyer and, for a business, for its own staff, within its activity.

In particular, it is forbidden to resell, publish or make the files available, to include them in a paid course, product or service, or to reproduce all or part of the documents without written permission. Short quotations with the source remain allowed within legal limits.

The text, layout, mock-ups and compiled data of the documents are protected by copyright. Brands and stores mentioned belong to their owners; mentioning them implies no partnership or endorsement.

11. Liability

The documents are prepared with care and dated October 2026. Practices, published figures and legislation may change; the buyer is responsible for checking that information is current and, for any legal question, for consulting a specialist.

The seller guarantees no sales or conversion result. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid for the document concerned. This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence, or to other cases where the law forbids limiting liability.

12. Personal data

Data needed for the order is processed in line with the privacy policy, available from the website footer.

13. Changes to these terms

The seller may change these terms. New terms apply to orders placed after they are published; an order already concluded remains governed by the terms accepted at purchase.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Consumers keep the protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence and the right to sue before the courts of their domicile where the law provides for it.
